In Episode 2, Jake interviews Doug Mecca, Founder of "Hip Hop Mecca," one of the Biggest Hip Hop brands in Austin and in all of Texas. He shares his story, his experience, and how he got started in the music business.
Doug Mecca, is an Austin Hip Hop Music Pioneer, originally from New York. He is the Founder of "Hip Hop Mecca" and was VERY instrumental in getting "Urban Music" included in the "South By Southwest" (SXSW) Music Conference, which is an INTERNATIONAL conference that happens here in Austin, Texas, every year in March.
